Once a month, the community gathers to practice silent contemplation, focusing on inner peace and the exploration of the self. These sessions are designed to provide an opportunity for participants to step away from the distractions of everyday life and connect with their higher selves through meditation, breathing exercises, and guided spiritual reflections.
Led by a spiritual guide or teacher, the session encourages participants to reflect on themes of self-realization, divine presence, and the interconnectedness of all life.
